Teresa is the practice manager of OHH and the backbone of our concierge customer relations team. She graduated from The Florida State University with a double major in Hospitality Administration and Entrepreneurship. She is an elite athlete specializing in trail races, ultra-endurance events and distance spartan races. She is a shining example of an optimized, fat adapted, biohacking athlete that finds joy in performing both in competition and every day. She practices what OHH stands for and strives to be an example to our patients, followers and anyone else who is looking to optimize their life!
