Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts (40g protein)
- 1 cup cooked quinoa (8g protein)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon (juice and zest)
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh herbs (thyme, parsley)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Marinate chicken breasts in olive oil, lemon juice, zest, herbs, salt, and pepper for 10 minutes.
- Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Serve with cooked quinoa on the side.
