Ingredients:
- 8 oz beef sirloin, sliced thin (44g protein)
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 tbsp gluten-free soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger
Directions:
- Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté garlic and ginger for 1 minute.
- Add beef and cook until browned.
- Add broccoli and soy sauce, stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender. Serve immediately.
