Ingredients:

  • 1 avocado
  • 3 oz smoked salmon (15g protein)
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese (6g protein)
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • Fresh dill for garnish

Directions:

  1. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.
  2. Scoop out a bit of the avocado to make room for the filling.
  3. Mix cream cheese and smoked salmon together and fill the avocado halves.
  4. Top with capers and garnish with fresh dill.
  5. Serve immediately.
