Ingredients:
- 1 avocado
- 3 oz smoked salmon (15g protein)
- 2 tbsp cream cheese (6g protein)
- 1 tbsp capers
- Fresh dill for garnish
Directions:
- Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.
- Scoop out a bit of the avocado to make room for the filling.
- Mix cream cheese and smoked salmon together and fill the avocado halves.
- Top with capers and garnish with fresh dill.
- Serve immediately.
